Furthermore, dumping garbage in undesignated areas is against the law. To avoid creating problems for you and your neighbors, please follow the rules.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-heading c-heading--h2\">\n<div class=\"c-heading__inner\">\n<h2 class=\"c-heading__label\">Noise<\/h2>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Apartments in Japan tend to have thin walls, allowing noise to travel easily between apartments. Therefore, avoid making loud noises, particularly late at night and early in the morning.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-heading c-heading--h3\">\n<div class=\"c-heading__inner\">\n<h3 class=\"c-heading__label\">Tip<\/h3>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px;\"><strong>Be considerate of your neighbors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Refrain from holding loud parties, using washing machines and vacuum cleaners late at night, and any other activities that might disturb your neighbors.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-heading c-heading--h2\">\n<div class=\"c-heading__inner\">\n<h2 class=\"c-heading__label\">Common Areas and Balconies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Common areas such as hallways and stairs are used as emergency escape routes. Therefore, do not leave garbage or personal belongings in these areas. Balconies may also serve as escape routes. For your safety, keep your balcony clear of personal belongings.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-heading c-heading--h2\">\n<div class=\"c-heading__inner\">\n<h2 class=\"c-heading__label\">Co-occupancy<\/h2>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">If you wish to live with someone in a rental apartment, that person must be mentioned in the contract.
